farcla G3/G10 any good?

After I stupidly washed my bonnet with a kitchen sponge my red micra's bonnet looks scuffed and worn with swerl marks all over it. A friend of mine said that G3 solution would make it look new again.

Has anyone used this stuff on micras?
Does it mess up the paint work?

a kitchen sponge????..........

well its worth giving it a go, it couldnt make it worse than what you probably already done to it with a kitchen sponge.

I'll give it a try and see what happens maybe I'll post a picture of the after job.
