Fancy dress ideas

I need help on ideas for a fancy dress am going too.

It's movie themed, I fancy a famous vampire but not Dracula, but can't find anything decent to wear, ebay was cheap stuff.

Considering Freddy Kruger but other ideas and possible outfit sources welcome.

I don't wanna pay too much for an outfit either, won't use it loads.

What about John Wayne / Clint Eastwood? Be pretty easy to get hold of a cowboy hat, cheap kiddies gun, and you could wear jeans and a checked shirt.
