Facelift interior light question

On my pov spec L phase 1, if I have it so the light comes on if the doors are opened... when I close the door, the light goes off imediatley/ instantly.

I read on Tumblr of some dude who had a K11 that the light faded instead.

I need this feature

I think it depends on the model, pretty sure the SI has it, not sure about any others.

It will be nodded to do that mate, its more a euro German effect tha comes standard on vws and audis etc

Mine has it also ,it a 1.4 k11 2001
It has the sign Deluxe on the doors.
And it is in Greece

i am not sure which one i fitted now but both of these put a delay on the light

i dont see why you need that 'kit'.. surely just a capacitor would do.. it would slowly disharge once it loses power (door closes) giving it a fading effect?

well my sr preface has two different features i have the fading when i dont lock the car and leave it open it fades but when i lock it with a key it does switch the light of automatically
