Remote itself can easily be trained in other models.
for example: Serena C23 / Micra K11 / Almera N15 / Primera P11. ______________________________________________________________

If you change the cable from the ignition switch to the wiring harness, yes.
Plug & play, it's just the facelift because other connectors and cables!

I had changed everything on my Pre-Facelift and it runs perfectly

Pre-Facelift locking in Facelift... awesome.

So you have a Facelift,thus could be a lot easier.
But I do not know,because I do not know your car and other.
Otherwise, the same applies as I have already written above

ah ok, i bought a 1.3 equation, it must be the base model as it has no c/l, pas or electric windows. my mate bought a pre facelift and has turned it into a track car so i nicked the central locking out of it

At least that's here in Germany

If you have no box there, you have not even had a central locking as standard.

So you can reconnect it as you will.
Plug with bared wires are indeed there.
So you can screw until the doctor comes
