Exterio/Outside door handles

Was just wondering, does anyone know how you are meant to remove them from the door? Im hoping to sand, fill, primar and paint them so that they actually match the car. Thanks.

2 x 10mm nuts inside

So i have to do it from the inside? Take of the material, and then i'll get to the screwsnuts?

Yup. Door card, handles etc off, undo the two nuts holding the handle on then disconnect the handle release bar thingy and remove from door. Its pretty easy once you're looking at the bits.
