Would a corsa back box fit onto my k11 Micra??

You can make anything fit with a cutter and a welder 
I think most Corsas are slid and clamp ones, so that could make it easier!

any back box will fit, all you have to do is cut the original micra pipe just before the back box itself (so you still have the curve over the axle) and then weld/flange/clamp the new back box on
