exhaust and air filter

Hi guys,

I am wanting to fit a cheap exhaust system to my micra. What do you recommend that is not ricey at all and is not overly noisy but produces the best power enhancement?

Also what cheap air filter do you recommend?

with exhaust system, the biggest gain you can get is from the header (exhaust manifold). No use changing a cat-back if you are going to retain the standard header... Get a custom header, or a premade one like Hurricane (buy one form nsm on these forums as he is the cheapest), and a custom exhaust press bent or mandrel bent (more exxy for the latter). If you don't want it to be overly loud, put a resonator in the exhaust and a sports muffler at the back instead of a cannon.
