Engine change on a K10

Ive got another engine off nexxussteve for my K10, my car is an 84 where as the engine ive got is out of a 1991/92 car, i'm assuming its electronic ignition?

I can get the engine in easy enough but there a couple of plugs, one on the gearbox and one next to the oil filter that I have no idea what they are for. How easy will it be getting it running??

It'll probably run without those 2 plugs connected.

you don't need all plugs. the 84 hasn't even an ecu (ok the thing in the facelift can't be called ecu too) but normally all the plugs belong to the carb, so I would use the old carb if you still got it
