electronic ignition

sorry is this has been covered before but....
if i got hold of a electronic ignition distributor from a scrappy would i just have t slot it in or change anything else as well (coil, leads etc.)

yer i beleive the later k10s had non-points ignition distributors.

ecc dissy? imo don't even try to retro fit it in, much easier to swap the looms imo lol

no he means the electronic dissy on the facelift k10's

its pretty easy to fit mate plug it in, connect to the coil and time it up pretty straight forward

I'm after a Early Electronic distributor keep getting offered the ECC ones, which on here I keep getting advised to avoid.
