E85 Conversion

Hi everybody, thanks for adding me, I'm from France, southwest, and I'm working on a K11 for which I would like to give the vintage racing look. (wheels, suspension, design, etc...) . As an experience, I would like to convert my CG10 engine to E85, which is very cheap here. But I don't want aftermarket kits. I plan to swap the injectors, adding a 30% cfm to the engine. Has anyone tried this, if so, which injectors should I buy ? Thanks
