Do k10`s have height adjustable steering wheel?

Hi just looking at a K10 GSX 1.2 auto on a H, excellent car only 55k miles from new but the steering wheel seems very low.
Its giving approx a 1 inch gap between the top of the column cowling and the dash, the car was owned by an O.A.P before so im wondering if its been altered?

When i was fitting my pedal box yesterday i had to move the steering arm/rod, if you take the plastics off around the ignition there are 2 bolts holding the steering to the body. Some spacers could of been put in to lower the steering wheel, even though its not a proper adjuster, it could of been done
