Diagnostic 14 pin

Hi, just got a 14pin to OBD2 cable, tried to connect to ecu and it doesnt connect. tried with other software i use for autodiagnostic normally and doesnt works neither, it's necessary a special software or hardware maybe? Need to check codes

It's K11 1.0 prestyling

Yes, it works good, ive been using it for some years already, bought 14pin to OBD2 cable and it didnt connect to ecu.

COM2 - Connected
ELM327 1.4Chip detected
Connected Interface
Interface Type: OBD2 to RS232 Interpreter
Car Voltage: 12V
Conection Protocol : Automatic
Connecting waiting
Unable to connect with ECU.

hardware works good, just i can't connect to ecu, i dont know if cable is wrong, it a ebay new one.
