delivery to europe

hi, need a bit of advice.

i need to sent a parcel to germany, its 4kg heavy, 25cm x 25cm x 7cm.

parcel force, £35+vat not tracked
parcel force, £45+vat tracked.
royal mail, wont do it.
DHL around £20
UPS around the same
TNT, cant remember exactly but mega bucks.

am i doing something wrong or missing something, or is it really this expensive to send to europe?

any ideas or personal experiances of cheaper methods?

cheapest quote £13.99 + vat through parcelforce euro 48 to Germany.

I've use them nearly every week when my courier and Royal Mail aren't competive to send parcels worldwide.

can't fault the service, each courier has picked same day on every booking and have been received in good time as far out as Singapore who purchased a massive order weighing nearly 5.0kg.

I've used them too. They got a much cheaper price with DHL than going to DHL directly

yes i usually use interparcel, i can get a ups delivery, next day for around £9.50, (dependant on size and weight obv) but to go to ups direct its well over £20, im not sure how they can do it really, i first thought it was a con, but i tried it at work first, lol.

just goes to show you how much there trying to screw us.
