delay in power

Hi, just got my micra 1.3 back on the road after about 10mouths off the road it fills like it has a delay in power put your foot down and take a min to pick up any ideas?

does it rev freely in neutral? Maybe the butterfly is stuck?

if you look inside the throttle-body it is the sensor about half way down that goes from on end to the other. give the MAF plug a clean as-well (the grey one on the throttlebody)

How would you suggest cleaning it? It looks like something you're best not touching to me.

Perhaps he has a mouse nesting in his airbox feed

yh revs fine just fill sluggish

To clean the MAF, remove the airbox and squirt some carb cleaner from a distance down the throttle body onto the sensor.

right cleaned the throttle body seems much better but got another problem now when cold it revs to 2500 rpm then down to about 1500 and up again when wormed up it sits at 1100 any ideas?

did you remove the idle control valve on the front antward ?

no m8 just sprays some carb cleaner down the throtle body

hmm, they have 2 very sensitive MAF sensors inside the venturi fwn its not something i would do personally, but i,ve seen it advised a few times tho

you often get a mad idle after disconnecting the t/b, then it can settle down after a few runs
