So my right rear is knockin on the turns and its time to replace the cv boot (mechanic said it was going soon after last major service), I'm looking at nsm for replacements but the question is... should I just replace them all, are there aftermarket replacements or are they really all the same no matter what brand.

Also slightly off topic but hypothetically lets say my micra has a turbo in it tomorrow, would the stock gearbox last or would i just chew off the teeth quickly? I've thought a lot about the required performance upgrades to the engine but not the drivetrain at all.

any help appreciated.
thanks.

edit! haha totally off topic, but 1 min ago I got promoted to management at mcdonald's rofl, moving up in the pay rate :)
maybe now i will earn more than 35 a yr...

from memory, cisco blew 2nd gear when his car had 127kw... but turborolling has about that and hasn't. Just depends on the box i guess but 130kw+ you would think would be outside the envelope.......
