the main thing i dont like is the ugly step you get with banded ones (arrowed) and you end up with a very wide well in the middle (making any stretch tyre very hard to inflate)

nah wider wheels FTW, i would prefer weller,s to banded,s personally

or else make 1 wheel out of 2 and keep the narrow well for easy tyrestretch, but have the full dia/unstepped dish tho

you have to weld the hole and drill a fresh one on the other side mate

the centres are a very tight fit karl (you could literally drive on them without welds) so you cant physically get the eccentric, you just have to spin and chalk them on your rear hub to check they are running true
