Converting Auto to Manual

Does anybody have a guide to convert a auto transmission into a manual? How expensive is this kind of change gonna be? Is it gonna be risky?

Sounds like too much hard work to me! I reccomend that you buy a manual transmission micra instead as you might end up paying more for getting your car a converted from auto to manual transmission. I haven't actually heard of any conversions being done on micras. Has anyone else?

Yes it can be done.
My K11 1.3L was a CVT before I bought, the previous ower fit a 5spd Viscous LSD manual gearbox. I was very happy when I lifted the bonnet to find 31V on the gearbox that had been installed.Bought the whole car for $2700.
