constant live

needing a constant live for my g.fs cd player. gonna hopefully paint the centre consol at the weekend so would like to find this and wire the cd player up correctly at the same time. thanx chaps

that didnt tell me what wire the constant live was

run a wire from the +ve terminal on the battery, then ground the wire on the chassis of the car.

how do i ground it m8? and where would i put the inline fuse? cheers

put the fuse on the positive canle nearest the battery..

and ground to any reasonable bodywork bolt..

Connect the in line fuse somewhere in the wire between the battery and thing you're powering

To ground it connect the black wire to the chassis of the car - usually a nut or bolt or something.

closer to the battery is better though (for the in-line fuse)
