Colour coding bumpstrips?

Has anyone done this and if so what is the quality like in the long term? I wouldn't be so apprehensive if they weren't made of that slighty rubbery plastic, can see the paint cracking/chipping off quite soon after painting!

My ones on the super s were colour coded so don't know how they painted them. :suspect:

Supers come standard colour coded.

my misses,s were painted years ago, and as long as you key the surface (i used 280 grit iirc) then it,ll be fine minty :grinning:

it was ok on the 2 pack paint that was used mate, if you use a fresh 280 and then give it thin rattlecan coat then the scratches "might" show maybe, but and finer than about 600 probably wont key the surface properly
