clouds of smoke

started up my micra this morning and it was chucking out white smoke and misfiring. put new plugs in it last week and that stopped the misfire but surely it can't coke up plugs in a week can it? the cars not on the road so maybe it's just tired of being stop and started. was thinking of giving it a full service.. any advice anyone?

frost damaged/cracked block ?

hopefully not.. it was running fine last week.. i made sure i had well over enough antifreeze in there but not enough to damage anything.. is there a possibility of it smoking if there has been dodgy fuel put in. or if there is petrol in the oil?
