carb recon or weber?

does anyone know of any good places around peterborough that would do a complete recon on my standard 1.0 carb, jets and anything, im just not happy with my carb its running fine and everything set on co machine and perfect but i want to recon with new jets for peace of mind rather than getting a 2nd hand one

or does anyone have a weber carb they want to sell?

I wouldn't waste your money on a webber carb as they aren't alot of good and you won't see any benefit. (personal opinion as I see 10+ webbers a week)

Go through the yellow pages for engine remanufactuers they should be able to put you intouch with a good carb rebuilder. I use norwich engine centre not a lot of good to you. You can fit jets yourself and they're fairly cheap again a good engine remanufacturer should be able to get them for you

Speedle had a weber and said he noticed benefits of having one.

Also, speak to paul_k10_LX. The place he got his bike carbs did reconditioning so he can probably help you out

did a search this was the closest i could get to what i need, if you can help.

i have a 1200 k10 and a weber, not fitted yet, i belive Bob knows what jets are correct for this. Its not quite standard either.

Any help would be grand
