Can anybody make sense of this tyre size?

I've got a set of alloy wheels belonging to a datsun 280zx I was just wondering what does 200/65HR370 mean on the side of the tyres? The '200' is the width but what does '65HR370' stand for? I know they are tubeless runflats and they are very old, probably more than 30 years old by now!

Any thoughts?

14 Inches.

The 65 is the Aspect Ratio. I *think* the 'H' is the rating for the speed these wheels can tolerate. Which I believe is 130MPH. The 370 could be the diameter?
