Broken Wheel nut

someone who changed tyre before messed the threads up when he put it back on. so when i try to change the wheel i cant get the last nut off. in the end i got it off. when i tried to put it back on it snapped completely. now i have to change the whole thing but wat do you call the damn thing?

front or back u forgot to say but "basically" go nissan buy new bolt & nut prob cost about £6 cuz 3.50 for a dumb chrome nut! but like i said basically there is a big nut held on "very very" tightly in the centre of the hub/brake disk looking thing u might have a cap thingy on it but basically undo the nut (get a very long breaker bar ) n off it comes hammer out the old bolt stick new one in n there u go if its rear u have to release the handbrake to b able to take off the drum casing

sounds like you snapped the wheel stud ? They are about £1.20 from nissan.

its the front one. wheel stud sounds right, ill go n get one o those then and fit it as soon as.

Back in April 04, Nissan charged me £7.24 for a K10 bolt and nut, crazy prices really :upside:
