Boooo petrol prices but cheaper higher octane?

Hey folks, as it stands petrol prices have darted up, which really is annoying however,

Higher Octane fuel as it stands at the moment is cheaper then standard unleaded 95 in my local tesco, the question is, will our micra handle the higher octane fine? or am i suppost to be expecting a nice jump on the higher octane price front too?

Higher octane won't do any more than the 95 stuff and yeah the price will go up on it

i ran it in my k10, made no difference at all, sorry but i dont know what car you have got , but ive herd storied of it making things run like pig's unless its specifically mapped to it.

I put BP Ultimate 102 in my K11 once for a laugh, 102 octane and it ran fine, didn't improve performance though (unsurprisingly!)

Yeah, its just as its 5p cheaper, its not a bad idea, wouldnt mind trying it in the k11 but don't want it running like a pig (Which i've also heard before) nor do i want a tank flush on my hands
