Blacking out chrome inside headlights.

I'm not sure if this is what you cal it but I'll ask anyway.
I've seen quite a lot of cars recently with the chrome inside the lights painted black around the reflectors.
Not smoked lenses, how do i go about removing the glass from my lights and resealing it?
Someone must have some info on this, any help is much appreciated.

Put the headlight in the oven to soften the glue or use a heat gun. Then get the glass lense off and mask off etc, key the surface and spray. Then the same idea to reseal them. Heat the glue up and let it set.

The spraying is the easy bit i was just unsure how to break the seal, thanks for the quick reply.

Be careful when getting the glass off incase you crack the glass or something

I have a whole spare light with broken mounts to practice on first.
