Best insurers for a k11?

I'm trying to get my car on the road but am getting quotes of like 2k upwards, what insurers are you with and what are you paying?

I'm with Adrian Flux as I've got lots of mods.

its just a case of ringing round, or price comparison web sites. I use A-Plan as a broker and get good quotes but I'm a bit older I expect!!
