Barrell dis assembally

Hi lads just needed to swap steering column shaft but when i take it out the ignition barrell is screwed down with two normal screws and two which i do not know how to remove :

small chisel or centre punch, i usually bust a bit of the shrouding away first

But they seemed to be screwed in ? From what i see from the bottom? And thanks for quick responce

aye, they,re shearbolts, bust the red bit out and turn the head with the punch/chisel
