Well ive just taken the speedo cluster out
tired to fit it back in the 3 wire bits fit in just the speedo wont it seems to have a like hairclip in the middle of it now is it broken?

If it's snapped then i would suggest getting another cable.

PM PeteST24 as he is just stripping a 1.3 K11, so he may have that cable

To be honest I haven't got a clue. Just saying if it is cream crackered, Pete could probably get his one off, as the engine is out.

yeah but my 55k miles speedo fits no problem just dont like the 85k speedo. Dont work mind ya i guess it has to be connected?

Well you do really want a working speedo, makes speed cameras a bit of a guess otherwise!! Although you can usually figure it out by what gear you are in and the revs of the engine

Is that the bit on the cable or on the back of the clocks??

well my rev counter works and i assume the temp and fuel guage just the stupid speed doesnt and I cant figure why

not sure what you mean exactly but its attactehd to the car

as in your other thread, just swap over the speedo parts, they unscrew from the main cluster.
