Airboxes

is there any performance differences to the facelift/prefacelift airboxes? they are different. just wondering if there was any performance differences too?

I've looked at both boxes and driven with both boxes and i can't see any real difference from the performance side of things. Maybe the later ones were better for economy or something like that? but i can't see any real performance difference.

i just had to go down to a pre-facelift box becuase i snapped mine. only difference i noticed was the shape of the box and the extra hole for.. something that i just screwed a screw into... sorted!

was just making sure it isnt more restrictive then the facelift box becuase the 1.4 seems to be struggling for air as it is....

lol i noticed this today, never knew the facelift and prefacelift boxs were diffrent. was about to post a thread up on the matter

Dont actually have an air box myself but quiute intreged, do you have any pics??
