And don't tell me its been posted before because that Ibiza GTI splitters most of the time, I'd like to know what this splitter/bumper is and how I can do it myself...

Its a standard micra facelift bumper with an Ibiza splitter cut in half and smoothed in.

If you have to ask then I doubt you can do it, you'll need fibreglass, bodyfiller, sand paper, plenty of spare time and a very keen eye.
Good luck, bumper modding is not easy and takes plenty of time or just through some money at a garage to do it.

Plus Ibiza splitter with slats cut away so you are left with the end bits and the botton...

I see what you mean now, the top section is cut away and the splitter is not just on the bottom of the bumper.
Some good work there.

he hasn't. He's cut it out the attached the bottom of the splitter to the bottom of the bumper.

Yeah the lip on the facelift micra bumper meets the bottom of the splitter. Quite effective I think.
