55 plate will not start

Hi, my 55-plate Mirca will not start. Had a new battery in October all fine, Been driving around since ok. Parked up this week, and went out to move her, all lights are on battery ok, I just will not fire. Any ideas please

Battery terminals corroded? Lights can work, but not enough current passes to starter!?
