1.4 block with 1.0 dizzy head

Hi, I want to do a 1.4 conversion into my Micra but as the 1.4 is coilpack and my Micra is a distributor I will have to change alot to the other parts, gearbox, ECU etc I'm wondering if I could use the 1.0l distributor head with the 1.4 block and use the 1.4 cams in the 1.0l dizzy head and be able to use the standard 1.0 gearbox and ECU?
