if its from UK it's meant to have NATS. i have had a problem trying to sell mine. does this unit not have NATS?

up to 96 they do not have nats, ecu number 16 does not have nats

thats right. no nats or immobilser codes are inside the ecu.

i know you dont have NATS, but i to am trying to sell a 1.3 ECU and mine does have NATS, just woundering if anyone knew if there was a way around it such as decoding.

it can be done, but it requires modifications to both the hardware inside the ecu, and the code within the ecu, it is certainly out of reach for the average home mechanic
