hello i have fittet a K&N 57i filterkit om my k11 micra. but there is a little hose that i don't know where to connect. the little hose in the red circle what is that for? it was mounted in the airfilter box, should i cut a hole and put this in the filter? or should i leave it just hanging there?

My front window vipers stops .. when i'm using the time interval they don't go down again, i must wait 10 sec. and they go down. whats wrong? they go up and down fine when i'm using setting 2 and 3 og the vipers. how can i fix this?
