First problem ever! Car starts and runs fine then for no reason l loose power at the pedal for a short period then power resumes and runs good again. Tick over sometimes a bit rough but don't know if this is a connected problem. Thanks in advance.

folding down my rear seat to try and gain a flat load area in my K11. Does the rear seat (bottom) need to come out or what? If so how can I do this? Help the frustrated Thanks.

Thank you Frank . A 'real' earth done and all is well. Taken out a 10A fuse so I had no clock backlighting, sidelights or tail lights. ✌

lets try a different approach. Fuse for the dash lights, yes?

Today I got a MOT!:p

Not posted for a while but the miles still roll onward and upward, now reading just under 168,000! However dispit the milage it is now good for another 12 months happy (cheap) motoring. Small amount of welding and a brake pipe in exchange foe a shiny MOT. Well chuffed :).

If more proof was needed.............

The K11 may be a tough little car but sometimes this is not enough.........:( It held up longer that the Saxo did the day before! :D

MOT today...........failed:(, however a bit of welding later and it PASSED :D.

I've asked before but I'm very old and easily confused :). The back seat in my K11, can it be folded flat (or flatish)?, do I have to tip up the seat base or will the back just 'fold down' - I'm not having any luck with this simple operation. While I'm asking stupid questions - tyre pressures...

What a utter star you are and what a utter pratt I am :D Brake fluid was on minimum :oops:. Only on Friday did I ckeck 'all' my fluids like oil and water and never even thought about hydraulic's. So a quick top-up and all is well. My brake pads will need replacing in the not too distant future...

I've had a brake warning light come up on the dash this morning but the car feels the same, ie - it still stops like it should etc. Thoughts please.......
