Wheel choice

Ok, I'm getting Almera GTI alloys, just need to decide on a colour..

Black, or White? Or leave suggestions for others.

Excuse the quality of the photoshop, I rushed it and getting the black right was damn hard! so i left it like that.

Ona side note, I'm thinking i'll paint the calipers/drums at the same time, possibly upgrading to bigger brakes fomr the almera/sunny if there's one in the scrapyard, but what colour? Red, or black?

Also, i don't think the wheels need a refurb, just spray..

Would i need a refurbing place to do this, or would any garage with spraying capabilities be able to do it?

I think white on red would look good with a euro look, but black gives more of a 'street' look.

And I've no idea which look to go for yet.. Lol

Both black & white wheels look good on a red car. Have a look at my wheels, pics in the K11 section.

that was my original plan. then had white suggested which muddled my mind.

And was thinking black for the drums as to not draw attention to them.. But if it looks bad i can go over them black anyway. Can't see the alloys showing too much of them anyway.

Now just wonder if local scrappy will has many almeras/sunnys to do the conversion at the same time..

got no pics anywhere, basically they look like a brake disc but normally twice the size of the front ones and have no calipers that cover your drums on the back..

wasn't there a k12 posted with fake rear disks? It fooled me.. But i guess you can never tell untill you see it in the flesh.

And wiht no calipers, i guess it must be pretty obvious.

right whats the point in starting a poll and gathering peoples opinion if your not going to listen anyway? Does my head in when people do this and:

A: Black wheels ARE common as muck and DO look ####!
B: Paint your calipers and drums only if you want to be pointed at and laughed
C: White wheels and leave your calipers and drums
D: Get some nice big phat calipers then you can paint them pink for all i care
