What springs to purchase ?????

Hi, am looking to purchase 35mm springs, on the two links below shows the springs at different prices etc ... as my car is a 1995 (M) Reg.. which one of the two do i order?? little confused!!!

Cheers guys, i think ill have to sort out a set to raise me car up alittle!! cant put up with scraping here and there, the london speed bumps just destroys the exhaust e.t.c. grr
