want to get some xenons

hi all i started a thread a little while ago about getting some xenons or hids but I think it got deleted. I now know i dont want hids as it is too much hassle etc but was really looking to get some ice blue xenons. Would they be ok on my car? I dont want to be getting pulled or anything.

Most xenon/HID look bulbs on the market are fine to be used on the Micra. The majority of them use the same wattage as a norml bulb but use a different gas inside. The newer gas burns brighter,giving a more brighter whiter light

oh ok i was thinking of getting ice blue. Are they road legal?

technically no there not legal
but go for the exetreme brilliance ones from halfords there on buy one get one free at the moment (£18.99 for the pair) they look really good in my oppinion and change the side lights for leds

I've got these fitted to my car and they're 100% Legal as well as being upto50% brighter than a standard H4.

I'd be interested to know the life expectancy of these bulbs compared to standard ones

same here. I do want some ice blues though I must admit. I've seen SOO many cars with a blue tinge in the headlight I really can't see how it is illegal.
