Any motor factors should be able to get them, but it's a cylinder head off job.

yea most motor factors will do them, not sure about seperately, you may have to buy a heas-set, but there only £20 ish.

i have a full set here if you want them???

NO its not a head off job, it CAN be done with the head ON.

If your hoping that this will stop oil burn don't count on it. The steam seals last much longer than the blocks usually do.

from my past 3 k10's i agree they are easy to change though, normally you get them with a head gasket set (Y)

TBH i have the engine in bits at the moment and thought as its out i may aswell change them and while im there grind the valve seats! But some people say do it others say dont so where does one stand on this? Ive only heard the engine run once and it sounded sweet and smooth, im a firm believer in "leave it or break it"!!!!

these seals are indeed troopers (as long as they aren't disturbed...<as I found out the hard way>...lol....then they are guaranteed to pass oil....smelly pong and top-up city)

if you get a top end kit which you will need to remove the head anyway then they will come in the pack.
