valve stem oil seals?

started my car this mornin stoped second i let go of starter on key, i attempted to start the car again and it sounded like it hydrauliced, so i tryed again and give it a lil throttle, and it started with a miss and smoked a lil white smoke then stopped on start up and evened out,
can anyone help me on what this is?

basically when i got it started it had a miss on it and was white smoking, i think i just saw this through rear window, this is the first time this has happenedd
