frank there easy removed 
ive done it once and have seen it done about 4 times more. i even went round a few scrappies and found a recently replaced one so i got a bargain. all you need to do is remove the seal around the window. youll need some tough and thin wire, using pliers push it through the bonded seal at the bottom to the inside of the car using pliers, pull it through on the inside and push it back outside from the top. connect pliers to each end of the wire and work it back and forward slowly to cut the seal away, clean all edges and bond the new one in with a universal window seal or the original. cost less than half the price DIY
