TYRE SIZE FOR 14'' ALLOYS?

My tyres sre close to being illegal so need to get a new set.
What tyres would you guys recomend and what size is best.
keep in mind ive got springs coming from the group buy!
size at the mo is 165's on 14'' rims

keep em same size, how low are springs again?? -50mm? shouldnt matter too much on 14's to b honest, you can get a full set of tyres for about £110 f+b whereas mine cost £75 each!

The 165/70/14 size is perfectly suited to that size rim and the standard nissan rim isn't wide enough to hold a wider profile tyre on safely.

If you want bigger its has to be aftermarket alloys either 6" or 7" wide. If you still wish to stick with 14's tyres will cost a small fortune in that size while moving to 15" alloys will brings cost for tyres and rims down but its still the hassle of changing over.
