Torque settings - (cylinder head) different units???

I'm just putting the head back on and the settings on my torque wrench don't match with what's in the manual. In the book it gives lbf ft or kgf m. My wrench has the main heading Torques, and below that, two columns headed Newton and Meter on one side and on the other the heading MKGS and below the columns are M and KPS
So to my question, is there a chart that marries up all these different units?

any help would be great

thanks
Mick

it's ok I found a converter, sorry to trouble anyone
