torque setting for wheel nut

hi I have a 1L K11. Does anybody know the wheelnut torque setting? I have got 14inch wheels

Does this value of 108Nm comes from the Hayne's manual. Does it provide a higher and a lower value? If so what are they?

depends what unit your toerque wrench reads in nm or lbf ft
yeh straight out haynes book
no torque wrench = dont over tighten
