The sleeper Ga16 or Sr20

Hi guys, iv got the suspension sorted now...finally and i am looking at putting a more powerful engine in as the standard 1.0 16v is not really cutting it. Im going for the sleeper look. Could anyone point me in the right direction or tell me where i can find info on swapping a ga16 or sr20 into the micra, or if you know of any other fairly easy swaps, all opinions appriciated.
