Strut dimensions

Hey MSC, does anyone know any front upper strut dimensions. I will be making a strut brace at uni so i need the demensions for the support bracket that bolts onto the upper strut.

Also does anyone know the width between the two struts?

could you not just measure it? be accurate obviously!

1) measure distance of bolt holes on the top of the strut (there should be 2 bolts, measure the distance between them and thats the strut brace mounting mid radius, you need to give it between 8 and 10mm metal on either side of the bolts though remember)
2) measure the distance between the inside edges of the 2 strut towers
3) make sure if its just a straight pipe that the bonnet will shut. will probably need to remove the air box to do this.
