Spotted, red rally micra, pre facelift, fully kitted out on my way home from work this morning.

Only got a quick glance but it looked like it was done properly, looked like a Matt Humphries jobbie? Big spot lamps, the lot.

It was heading into Abercarn, towards Newport... Coming from Newbridge/Blackwood direction (South Wales).

Anyone know the car or owner? Not seen it on the forum?
