today at 6.30 near the marquis hotel

red k11 super s (or just front bumper)
young male driver with sunglasses on and phone holder on the dash
the boot handle was painted silver,very distinctive

i would have waved at you if i was in my micra,but i was walking the dog and didnt want to look daft.
