Speakers?

Hey there...this has probably been covered before. If it has..sorry!

Does anybody know the size of the door speakers (metric or imperial) on the K11, and how easy is it to change them?

I am planning to add a couple of 6x9"s to the parcel shelf, and thought i would replace the door ones while I am at it. Have seen a few Alpines I like love: )

Wrong size

The K11 speakers are 16.5cm or 17cm, both should fit.

However note that the maximum mounting depth is only around 53-55mm due to the window mechanism.

those 6x9s are brill!!! one of my friends got them and they kick out good bass for 6x9s!

I've got those Alpine 6.5" coaxials and they are great, go for them

The Alpine Type-S range is also excellent, so yep, good choices!

My friend has asked me if I had any knowledge of JBL speakers for the car...

Well, I don't, so I came here. Does anyone here have knowledge of the JBL speakers?

Good speakers for the price. In fact, excellent for the price if you are on a budget . Good bass response too.
