Hi I'm thinking about painting my rocket cover but while I'm on going to change plugs as don't know how long they've been in can anyone tell me what will be best type for my massive 1.0i 2000 s k11

The manual should say Bosch FR8DCX / FR7DCX with 1.1 to 1.2mm plug gap*
